Tim Tebow Foundation Charity Golf Tournament

Tim Tebow is one of the most recognizable names in all of professional sports and has a lot of friends in high places. That’s why when Tebow throws a golf tournament to help raise money for the Tim Tebow Foundation, people pay attention. Everyone loves celebrity golfers and Tebow’s tournament is one of the top events on the celebrity golf calendar.

Some of the celebs and pros who took part in the event this year, held on the Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass, included Billy Horschel, Urban Meyer, Emmitt Smith, Alfonso Ribeiro and Richard Petty to name a few.

In return for hosting the event, Tebow, who has an undetermined handicap between 21.7 and 12, made an eagle on the 9th hole.

The Duck Dynasty guys were also there, taking in the Florida sunshine.

Srixon’s Journey to Better Videos

As the video says, “if you think you’re good enough at golf, you’re probably right.” But if you want to get better, these spots from Srixon will make you want to be better…even if it’s just for the minute or so that you’re watching them. So far, they’ve released videos featuring 2011 PGA Champion Keegan Bradley…

…and 2010 U.S. Open champion Graeme McDowell.

More videos are expected to be released on Srixon’s YouTube channel in the near future.

Loudmouth has made a big splash, especially in golf, over the last few years thanks to their brightly colored and often bizarrely patterned pants and clothes. Now the clothier will be showing off their style and flair in the restaurant business. The Loudmouth Grill will be opening soon in Orlando, Fla.

Rickie Fowler hasn’t grown a mustache of note for a couple years now, but his new Tour Trusty Cobra wedge is now sporting a magnificent one.

Could it be in honor of the faux ‘stache worn by golf-course enforcer Dick Fowler, P.I.? Or is it Cobra’s and Fowler’s way of participating in Mustache March? Though we’re not really sure what it is, Mustache March is a thing. Read More

Out of Bounds

San Francisco 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh recently challenged a walrus to a push-up contest. No, not Craig Stadler. I said “a” walrus, not “the” walrus. If you were wondering what a human v. walrus push-up contest would look like, you’re in luck. It was all captured on video.

I would tell you who won but really, we’re all winners simply because this exists. Also of note: Jim Harbaugh is finally wearing something other than khaki pants.
