Hilton Waikoloa Village

Hilton Waikoloa Village

Set upon 62 oceanfront acres of the beautiful Kohala Coast on Hawaii Island, the Hilton Waikoloa Village is an ideal spot to call home base on your next golf trip to the Aloha State.

Two 18-hole championships golf courses, premium guest accommodations, a full-service spa, a ton of great dining spots, three pools, and even an interactive dolphin experience await you and your group when you arrive.

Experience Everything Hawaii has to Offer

Lagoon or Palace guest rooms offer every modern amenity including private lanais, flat-screen cable TV’s, refrigerators, MP3 docking stations, complimentary wireless Internet access, coffee makers, CD/DVD players, air-conditioning, video game consoles, Hilton serenity beds, and 24-hour housekeeping.

Off the course, experience all that the resort has to offer – and it’s a lot.

Swim with and learn about dolphins at Dolphin Quest, play some tennis, go for a workout at the fitness center, grab a bike and explore the resort and area, take a ride on the resort’s very own tram or canal boats, or just pull up a chair, order a cold cocktail and relax by the beach or pool.

When you’ve worked up and appetite, the resort has you covered in all directions. Whether you’re craving fresh seafood and steaks (Kamuela Provision Company), pub grub and beers (Kona Tap Room), pizza (Dona & Toni’s), or burgers, sandwiches and salad (Lagoon Grill), this place has it. Other spots include Orchid Marketplace, Boat Landing Cantina, and Shaka Cones. Definitely plan on hitting the resort’s famous Legends of Hawaii Luau.

Lava Golf

With a breathtaking ocean backdrop and palm trees galore, the golf experience here is the stuff of bucket list dreams.

The par-70, 6,566-yard Beach Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., weaves along lava flows and borders the Kohala Coast. Generous fairways, forgiving bunkers, and large greens allow for posting solid scores. Just don’t get caught up in the views for too long or your scorecard could suffer.

The par-72, 7,074-yard Tom Weiskopf-designed Kings’ Course plays as the more challenging of the two tracks and features incredible extinct volcanoes in the distance, wide but undulating palm-tree lined fairways, double greens, beautiful flora, and penalizing pot bunkers. Multiple tee boxes allow players of all levels to enjoy a round at this gem.
