Mill River Resort

Mill River Resort

A place that appeals to golfers and non-golfers alike and does so at an incredible value, the Mill River Resort, located within Mill River Provincial Park along the North Cape Coastal Drive, is a true Prince Edward Island vacation destination.

With its own 18-hole championship golf course, 90 deluxe guest rooms, 50-acre campground, a full-service spa, fitness center, tennis, aquaplex, and picturesque location, Mill River offers a truly relaxing environment and provides a ton to do off the course, particularly along the coastal drive.

Unlimited Outdoor Activities

In addition to an indoor saltwater pool with 90’ waterslide, beach volleyball, tennis courts, a driving range, horseback riding, biking, and a nature trail, North Cape Drive offers beaches, historic sites, deep sea fishing, boating, lighthouses, and shopping. There are also some great breweries on PEI to check out including Barnone, Copper Bottom, and Prince Edward Island.

The resort’s oversized guest rooms feature choice bedding, free WiFi, air-conditioning, cable TV’s, coffee and makers.

Callaghan’s Restaurant and Bar offers breakfast, lunch and dinner daily at the resort and features traditional Prince Edward Island dishes with seafood at the forefront. There are a bunch of great local spots to check out for great food in the area, including the PEI Potato Country Kitchen, FiveEleven West, and The Catch Kitchen and Bar.

Beautiful, but Challenging

The par-72, 6,840-yard Robbie Robinson-designed Mill River golf course, which hosted the Golf Channel’s Big Break PEI, offers players an enjoyable test in a traditional parkland setting. Wide fairways, greens guarded by bunkers, elevation changes, lakes, and streams provide challenging yet fair holes. Several holes received a freshening in recent years from Graham Cooke. Mill River will surely test your entire game.
