Frustrations Get The Best Of CPG In League Play

The first round of Thursday afternoon league play always brings with it some interesting pairings, but there’s something I want to get out ahead of as it pertains to my playing partner, Judy Beckett. I like Judy and I’ve worked close with her in the past organizing our ladies member-member tournament.

That being said, she and I didn’t gel as competitors today, and that’s really unfortunate. Whether it be some disagreements over conceding putts or other rules issues, I let my frustration get the best of me at times, and that’s something I regret.

In the end, I had to settle for an adjusted 48, which sounds high until you realize I literally had to putt everything out.
