D.A. Points won the Shell Houston Open for his second PGA Tour win on Sunday with a mixed bag of TaylorMade and PING Golf clubs.
His driver is the TaylorMade R11S with 9 degrees of loft and a UST VTS Shaft. He also carries a 13-degree TaylorMade Burner 3-wood with a Graphit Design Tour AD shaft.
Points relies on two hybrid clubs in his bag: an 18-degree TaylorMade Rescue 11 with an Aldila NV HYB shaft and a PING G10 21-degree hybrid with an Aldila VS HYB shaft.
His irons (4-PW) are the eight-year-old PING i5 set complete with True Temper Dynamic Gold shafts. Points also two additional wedges from PING’s Gorge Tour series, 52 and 58 degrees, also equipped with True Temper Dynamic Gold tour shafts.
Points trusts his PING Anser putter and the Titleist Pro V1x golf ball.
