Hit Crisper Iron Shots

Many amateur golfers struggle with flipping their hands through the impact area, which can create a myriad of problems.

When you watch the pros on television, you can see through the slow-motion videos of their swing that the grip of the club is always ahead of the clubface at impact with their irons. This is because for proper ball flight, we need to compress the ball to get it moving the way we intend.

SwingU instructor Ryan Rustand demonstrates a half-way back drill that will encourage you to create that solid impact position with your hands ahead of the clubhead, creating compression and a crisp strike.
