Do you feel like you lack mobility and are getting stuck at the top of your golf swing? Chances are you are taking the club back too far inside and the hands are getting stuck behind you at the top of the swing.
You may notice your trail arm getting stuck into your side. This position at the top of the swing can make it very difficult to create a powerful and on-plane transition.
To help fix this, try placing an object such as a towel underneath the trail armpit. Take a normal golf swing, but at the top, the objective then becomes to drop the towel. If performed correctly you should notice that you open some space up to allow for more mobility prior to the transition.
