Harvey Penick said it best — if you take care of the backswing bookend and the follow-through bookend, what happens in-between will be a success. That’s why at Gray Institute, we study what every part of the body is doing in the backswing and through the follow-through.

The importance of the follow-through is that you need to properly decelerate because of the speed at which you make a golf swing. What we need to do is create mobility and stability in the outside of your lead leg.
