To make sure you’re empowering the body to do what you want it to do, you need to create more motion in the front foot of your swing. We’re looking to create more dorsiflexion, biomechanically speaking, in order to keep your front foot on the ground.

Taking advantage of some right-foot lunges, we create a great lengthening to the back part of that foot and leg, which translates to more mobility available in the backswing for a larger turn and as a result, more power in the swing.
