As golfers, we like to know why we’re doing what we’re doing. We certainly want to know why were doing a certain exercise in order to facilitate a great golf swing.

We take a look at the all-important right foot. As we take the club back into the backswing transformational zone, we’re loading every joint in the body and all three planes of motion. The foot is critical to be able to do that. 

Our foot has to have adequate stability so that our foot doesn’t roll out to the outside because if it does, we have to go through all sorts of compensations to get back to the ball, which delivers inconsistent and poor results.
