Create Stability With The Ball Below Your Feet

To me, most amateurs have poor stability. So here we got a ball below my feet. This is going to help you stay in your angles.

Also, it’s going to help with early extension and help you shallow the club because if you take the club on the outside, you’re going to fall down the hill.

So now it’s going to force you to shallow your left arm, put pressure in your left side and now the clubface is going to feel a little bit more closed here and now you can unwind through. So using this downhill slope will automatically force the body to work right.

Also, so many people when you set up, you set up with your weight away on your heels. So now the ball below your feet, look at this, my chest is more over the ball, my hands are lower. I got some angle here. And now I’m going to just rip this three-quarter swing.

The key with these drills, I need to practice what I preach, I need to go and make sure I take the time and do these drills. It’s going to make my swing way more consistent, create more power and make me enjoy the game way more. And so can you.
