Mobility and stability in the frontal plane is hard to get, but it’s there to be gotten. When you realize you’re going to load hard on your trail side, the whole goal is to power through the impact position and into the follow through with a lot of rotation.

A lack of mobility in either hip during the golf swing is going to limit your rotation and extension, therefore costing you both distance and accuracy. In order to keep this limited rotation and extension, we need to create more mobility and stability.
