Foolproof Drill To Encourage Flipping At Impact

It was a real treat to have PGA Tour pro Robert Streb in the Learning Center recently to help tackle what I believe is the second most important part of the golf swing: flipping it at impact.

Unfortunately, Robert struggles from forward shaft lean at impact, but using the “two-man hump the swim noodle” drill, which trains the arms and wrists to get into a flip-friendly position just prior to impact.

The noodle acts as a natural guardrail that forces your wrists to flip.
