We all want to hit the ball farther. We all want more clubhead speed. We all want our bodies to be more powerful. One of the most significant ways to do that is to apply the physics and biomechanics of the golf swing to what our bodies need to do to facilitate that power.
Biomechanically, the hands take the club and drive the body back in three planes of motion to load every muscle in our body. What happens with great golfers who have the ability and clubhead speed we’re looking for, they do not start the downswing with their hands; they lead with their pelvis.
