Many of the exercises we use are “chain reaction” exercises, because as we accomplish something in one part of the body, if things are done correctly, other parts of the body are positively impacted as well.

As such, in working on the mobility in our front foot, we accomplish that by doing a simple lateral lunge with our back foot.

By means of a chain reaction, we’re also benefitting our trunk and trail backside when working on our front side mobility.
