Here’s a great drill to fight against that: the handle to the hip drill. The key to the drill is in the name. As you setup, the first thing you need to do is take the handle of the club to where your hip is. You don’t have to move your hip. Once you get the club moving, now you can turn and swing through with a lot of power.
