When we look at one of the power sources for the backswing transformational zone, we realize one of those power sources is the right hip. When we take the club back, we want our hip to go into three motions subconsciously to turn on the power of that hip.

With this move, as well as many others, doing these mobility exercises helps to turn on our neurological systems while also working on our mobility.
