Get Through The Ball Effectively

When we effectively load on the back side, the whole goal is to get everything to explode to the impact zone almost passively, and then we want to have this really smooth and efficient ability to get all the way into the follow-through.

When we look at the biomechanics of the follow-through, we quickly realize that in order to get there, our left foot and ankle needs to roll to the outside.

If we don’t have the flexibility and mobility to make that full follow-through, our body will sense that well before we even get to the ball, resulting in poor shots.
