One of the best drills I know for keeping your balance, training your body and helping your core get a little stronger during the golf swing is the feet together drill. Quite simply, hit some shots with your feet together in that figure-skater position. You’re going to find that it definitely limits the amount of effort turn, and swing you’re going to have. Before you know it, you’ll be hitting the ball more solidly and farther than you ever have.
