While chipping takes both technique and touch, you can train the strength that you need to chip properly by taking a grip and putting your right hand over your left.

This is going to help you control both the pace and the speed of the club in a manner that’s going to help you around the green.

So very simply just put it in the left hand, put the right hand over top.

As you get more comfortable hitting those solid, now try and work on different distances with different clubs because they all have different weights.

You’re going to get a little stronger and a little better with your chip shots.
