Every golfer has experienced stress on the golf course. When we’re under stress, energy moves up our body and forces us to move faster. What we want to be able to do is move our center of gravity down so that we can feel more connected to the ground.
Using our breathing and our mind, we can help to make that stress move down through our body and into the ground so that it doesn’t negatively impact our swing. Start by imaging your center of gravity in your abdomen and use a few deep breaths to move that energy down your body and into the ground.
