Some of the worst things we can do are to use drills that don’t feel like what we want to have happen in a golf swing. One drill that you will see a lot of players working on is getting more frontal plane motion of the hip to help you load your power at the right time and in the right place.

 Instead of a slide, we’re going to get this frontal plane motion that occurs with rotation and hip flexion.
