We’ve all been there with a putt to win. Whether it’s for a match, $5 or the club championship, there’s some serious grinding and concentrating going on.

Many of these short putts get missed due to antsy players looking at the target before actually striking the ball. Concentrate on where you’re aiming and where the ball takes off by using peripheral vision.

By looking out of the side of your eyes, you guarantee you’re keeping your head still through the impact of the stroke, therefore giving yourself a better chance of making the putt.
