What’s fun is when golfers see exercises designed by Gray Institute they go, “it seems like you’re almost exercising the whole body at the same time with everything you do.” That’s a compliment because they’re basically saying that every time you do something, you’re considering other parts of the body.

In this example, we’re going to work on the rotation of the front side foot during the follow-through, probably the most important thing we need in our body in our golf swing to make sure we complete a good follow-through. 

We’re going to ask our body to pivot over our left foot to create that rotation.
