If you’re standing behind a good golfer, one of the things that impresses me is that front foot really rolling to the outside.

That motion doesn’t happen a lot through the day, but we need that mobility and stability to post up in the follow through. 

By using this exercise, we’re not only creating mobility, we’re also creating confidence in your ankle and your brain that you’re able to make this move and not go all the way into an ankle-sprain motion.
