Sometimes a tough exercise — specifically if it’s authentically designed for the golf swing — if it’s kind of tough to do, it might turn into being the best exercise for me. If I can ultimately do that exercise, that movement and I can gradually improve on that movement, I will see gradual improvement in my golf swing.
We’re looking at the backside foot. As I come through the transformational zone and into the follow through, I need this ability to rotate hugely so that I still have power all the way through my chain reaction.
In order to get that, we need to have mobility and stability in the backside foot.
