If you biomechanically look at the body and are asked to identify the area of the body that needs the best mobility and stability at the same time, what would that be in the golf swing? 

The answer is simple: it’s the front part of both hips. The back part of our hips have a lot of muscles, whereas the back part of our hip doesn’t have the same amount of muscles.

When we lengthen those front muscles, we have to train them to be strong so that you can come back home.
