Working with a high-level amateur in the video above, I explained the difference between trusting your skill and trying to force your skill to perform. Similar to my signature test, I was able to show Kelly how reactionary changes in his swing only exacerbate bad habits and swings.

The moral of the story: trust your skill and don’t think too much.
