Channeling your inner dancer, we’re going use a biomechanically-authentic golf-specific move to facilitate an important motion in the lead hip in the follow through.

Imitating the motion pivot of the swing, you’re going to internally rotate towards your lead hip to build up the strength in that part of your body, which could otherwise injure your back or knee.
