Stairway to Heaven


We know what you are thinking, and yes, this is somebody’s real backyard. Thanks to the handy work of Back Nine Greens, this piece of property was turned into a golf paradise. It features “stairway to heaven” steps, a variety of green complexes, and real bunkers so you have no excuse the next time you don’t get it up and down.

Short-game guru Dave Pelz hones his craft on this magnificent backyard practice facility at his home in Austin, Texas. If the green in the background looks familiar, it should because that’s a replica of the par-3 17th at TPC Sawgrass. There’s also a copy of the 12th at Augusta National.

Breathtaking

It doesn’t get much more ideal than owning a home overlooking Pebble Beach’s sixth hole with your own putting green in your backyard. Here is one under construction, but you can imagine what it looks like now. Yes, we’re jealous too.
