5. Walk Instead Of Ride


Walking your local muni is far more enjoyable than you might think. If you’re worried about the strain of carrying your bag, treat yourself to a caddie if they are available (or bring your own) and pretend you’re on tour. If you’re out on the course, you might as well get those steps in. Exercise is essential to your health.
