Bubba Watson Crashes Steph Curry Interview

Game 3 of the NBA Finals took center stage last night in the sports world and two of golf’s biggest names, Jason Day and Bubba Watson, were on hand to take in the action.

Neither Day nor Watson are strangers to courtside seats at NBA games; Bubba routinely shows up at Orlando Magic games and Day infamously was courtside when a diving LeBron James took out his wife, Ellie, during a regular season game last season. Ellie decided to sit this one out and let Bubba take the chair next to her husband.

The Golden State Warriors are notoriously one of the most golf-crazed teams in the NBA, so with two top players sitting on the sideline, noted golf nut Steph Curry was sure to notice. Following an impressive come-from-behind win, the golfers — pro and amateur — exchanged pleasantries, which resulted in Bubba going full Bubba and crashing Curry’s postgame interview with ESPN’s Marc Stein.

Here’s the full post-game interview, with Bubba popping in around the 50-second mark.
