Gary Player’s sprawling South African ranch is up for sale, and the price seems to be a steal. For just $3.5 million, Player’s property includes a 9-hole eco-friendly golf course that was designed by its owner, a tennis court, two guest flats, a three-bedroom, two bathroom guest house with its own pool and a full-fledged stud farm that has 46 stables, two offices and a veterinary treatment room.
The listing also boasts a “luxurious gym,” but beings that it’s Gary Player’s house, that was a given. The ranch has basically everything Mr. Player is known for loving, all at a reasonable price.
