With ski season kicking off and the 2014 Winter Olympics a mere three months away, Lindsey Vonn is enjoying a bit of a media tour this week. Early Monday morning she sat in on NBC’s “Today Show.” On Monday night, she was a guest on CBS’s “The Late Show with David Letterman.”
She may be the most accomplished women’s skier of all-time, but when you’re dating the world’s best golfer, you tend to get a lot questions about him too.
Vonn has hit a hole-in-one?! Because an Olympic gold medal isn’t enough? She has to go out and boast about accomplishing another one of our goals that we have yet to reach? And during her first ever round of 18, no less?!
Anyway, Vonn provides more great insight to Tiger Woods away from golf. Not that it’s very surprising, though, that he’s already a good skier but wants to get better. We imagine he’d be the same whether it’s tennis or bowling or bean-bag toss. The man wants to be the best at everything.
But as Vonn points out, he may be a good skier, but he’s not that good compared to her. Touché.
