The Barrett-Jackson Auction Company puts on four shows across the country each year, but the first one runs from Jan. 12-19 in Scottsdale, Ariz. For the first time, it will take place at the brand-new facilities of Westworld of Scottsdale, which boasts nearly one million square feet of auction space.

This is the event where Bubba Watson famously purchased his General Lee in 2012. The Barrett-Jackson show attracts all types, from PGA Tour pros like Watson to celebrities from across the media spectrum. From families “car-gazing” to CEOs looking for the missing piece to their collection.

What makes the Barrett-Jackson auctions so special is the diversity of products; you never know what will come across the auction block. The Scottsdale show will feature a number of cars previously owned by celebrities like Paul Walker, James Gandolfini, Kobe Bryant and many more.

Auction week also features various charity endeavors by Barrett-Jackson and other groups. This year, programs benefiting from charitable auctions include Make-a-Wish, Victory Junction, NASCAR Foundation, Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Achilles Freedom Team of Wounded Warriors, Ikan, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, TGEN Foundation, SEMA Cares, Cornerstone Schools and Cox Charities.

Through our auction platform and waived fees, 100 percent of the funds bid in a charitable auction flow directly to the cause, maximizing the benefit.”
