The 200-Yard Putter Shot Is Impossible

The European Tour is in Scotland this week for the country’s national open. In the spirit of getting back to the roots of the game, the Tour had some of their best players embrace the links lifestyle, ie. playing along the ground.

How low did they want some of the top players in the world to keep the ball to the ground? They had them hit putter off of the tee on a 200-yard hole at Castle Stuart.

It might be the PGA Tour’s tagline, but it applies here: these guys are good.
