Poulter Fires Back at “Sad Individuals”

 

Ian Poulter is no stranger when it comes social media. Whether that’s a good thing or a bad thing is a matter of opinion. If you recall, there was the time when he complained that his children’s nanny’s business class seat was downgraded, leaving his wife to look after their four children alone on the flight. And then there was the time he successfully got a somebody fired from their actual job

Fresh off learning he got to keep his Tour card because of an oversight, Poulter was doing Poulter things on Instagram on Wednesday when he posted this utterly absurd picture of over two-dozen Titleist Pro V1s with “IP” inscribed on them, with the caption of “How do you mark your Titleist practice balls?”

Pro V1 practice balls? As expected, it drew quite a reaction from folks who don’t have the luxury of practicing with balls that cost $48 a dozen. Here’s a small sampling: 

The social savvy Poulter shifted mediums to Twitter and fired back at his critics on Thursday with this lengthy rant regarding the “sad individuals” he has the pleasure of blocking.
