Koepka Gets Fans To Move Boulder

Nearly 20 years to the day after Tiger Woods employed the help of gallery members at the Phoenix Open to move a boulder from near his ball, Brooks Koepka faced a similar issue at The Saudi International.

With the help of four people, Koepka was able to have a boulder moved as a loose impediment during the second round prior to playing his second shot on the par-4 15th hole.

Koepka was able to play his second shot up near the green, but he failed to get up and down for par.

The No. 2-ranked player in the world would go on to shoot an even-par 70 and make the cut. He trails the leader, Haotong Li, by 19 shots entering Sunday’s final round.
