Patrick Reed Berates Click-Happy Fan At Olympics

Patrick Reed came into Rio as many people’s (including ours) pick to be the low American and take home a medal. An opening-round 1-over par 72 put him behind the 8-ball in terms of finding the medal podium. Perhaps forcing the issue a bit in the second round, Reed got a little short with a click-happy fan who presumably just wanted a Patrick Reed photo for the background of their iPhone.

Warning: Reed uses some adult language here.

The World No. 14 bounced back with a 2-under par 69 on Friday to get to 1-under for the event and nine shots back of halfway leader Marcus Fraser.
