Rahm Caught By Cameras Urinating On The Course

The perks of featured group streaming coverage largely outweigh the alternative of not having early-morning golf to watch, but on Friday at the PGA Championship, the streaming coverage got a little too close to the action.

Following the group of Dustin Johnson, Jon Rahm and Jordan Spieth, cameras found Johnson preparing to hit an approach shot while Rahm was preparing to relieve himself.

As Johnson and his caddie/brother Austin waited for Spieth to play his shot, Rahm ran into the frame and found a nice tree in the foreground.

You can almost hear the announcers’ discomfort through the screen as they see what’s unfolding, but clearly don’t want to bring it to light. After a few awkward seconds, the cameraman must have gotten word and began to pan away from Rahm.

While the moment brought some levity and relief to a difficult morning for Rahm, the 25-year-old Spaniard went on to shoot a 5-over par 75 to miss the cut by one.

As for Johnson, not much distracts the 20-time PGA Tour winner. He would shoot a 3-under par 67 to get to 4-under par for the tournament and a tie for fouth place.
