DJ Looks to Regain Top Form in Canada

With three major championships in the rearview mirror, and the fourth one right around the corner next month, the PGA Tour returns to Canada for the country’s national championship. The RBC Canadian Open is one of the oldest and most historical tournaments on the schedule each year and you can catch all of the early-round action on PGA TOUR LIVE, which will have coverage beginning early Thursday morning.

Coming off a heartbreaking runner-up finish at The Open Championship, Matt Kuchar has made the 3,400-mile trip to Glen Abbey Golf Club just outside of Toronto. Kuchar isn’t the only big-name player to make the trip from England; Dustin Johnson, Bubba Watson and Ernie Els also made the transcontinental journey. All four will be featured on PGA TOUR LIVE‘s coverage window over the first two days of the event.

The first two days of the RBC Canadian Open will be live streamed on PGA TOUR LIVE beginning at 7:00 a.m. EST, giving subscribers just shy of 12 hours of live golf that otherwise would go unseen. Through the Tour’s partnership with Twitter, the first hour-plus of the PGA TOUR LIVE broadcast can be seen for free.

Here is PGA TOUR LIVE’s schedule for the Canadian Open.

PGATL will move to Featured Hole coverage at 3:00PM/ET on Thursday and Friday. Featured Hole Coverage will consist of the 15th (Par-3) and 17th (Par-4) holes.

Last year’s RBC was won by Jhonnatan Vegas who held off names like Dustin Johnson and Jon Rahm to lift his second career PGA Tour trophy. Vegas’ final-round 64 was enough to blow by DJ and Rahm, coming from four shots back to earn the title.
