Watch: Mr. 59 Tells It Like It Is

The 2016 Champions Tour season concludes today in Scottsdale, Arizona during the final round of the year-long chase for the Charles Schwab Cup. Paul Goydos currently leads by two shots and is looking to claim the coveted prize. Recently, Skratch TV was able to catch up with the man who once shot 59 in competition to discuss some of his best stories throughout his career. While he sometimes only speaks in only four-letter words, here are some of the highlights:

Trump made a “real” hole-in-one when he was playing with him in an pro-am.

Talking about policies, “I got fined by PGA Tour Travel for leaving a message on their answering machine that was less kosher than it should have been,” Goydos said. “That’s the temper thing again.”

When he was asked about where his 59 ranks in PGA Tour history, Goydos responded, “there have been seven rounds in the 50s on the PGA Tour. Eleven people have walked on the moon.”

Basically, this is golf’s version of dropping the mic.
