Taste of Rochester at PGA Championship

Before or after watching the golf at Oak Hill Country Club for the 2013 PGA Championship, you have to eat. If you’re looking for a Rochester landmark, then head straight to Nick Tahou Hots for a garbage plate: a combination of cheeseburger, hamburger, hot dog, Italian sausage, chicken tender, fish, ham, grilled cheese, eggs, onions, fries, baked beans, or macaroni salad, and topped with a special sauce.

Or if you’re feeling some barbeque, make your way to Dinosaur Bar-B-Que and savor the slow-cooked pork ribs. Need a drink? The Genesee Brewing Company sits on the banks of the Genesee River, within walking distance of these dining establishments.
