You never really know what you’re going to get when Bubba Watson starts to open up.
Usually there are tears (not that there’s anything wrong with that) and talk of his “Golf Boys” career or his General Lee or something, but this week, Bubba gave us all a little gem that, honestly, was just odd — even for Bubba.
During an interview with “Access Hollywood,” Watson told a brief, but intriguing story about one of the entertainment world’s bad boys — Justin Bieber.
The Biebs & Golf: Justin Bieber’s 600-Yard Drive A Bit ‘Unbeliebable’
“Crazy story, I have a friend, a pastor up in Seattle, Judah Smith, and I helped start a little church here at the Montage every Wednesday night, and so I’d kind of run into [Justin] Bieber through Judah Smith,” Watson said. “And we just started talking, just trying to help him … We all have issues we’re going through … and I tried to give him guidance on how to deal with success.”
Oh baby, baby, baby, oh. Can you imagine that conversation? Oh, to be a fly on the wall.
